Chickasaw Children's Village

About

Chickasaw Children's Village is a peripheral dormitory operated by the Chickasaw Nation for the residential care and education of Native American children. To be eligible to attend Chickasaw Children's Village, a prospective student must present a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood or proof of tribal membership. Applicant must be in grades 1-12 and eligible to enroll in the local public school.

Prospective Students must complete a student enrollment application and provide the following:

  • 1) CDIB Card
    2) Up-to-Date Immunization Record
    3) Birth Certificate
    4) Social Security Card
    5) School Transcript
    6) Current Contact List
    7) Copy of Insurance, Medicaid or Sooner Care
