Completed in 2008, the New Head Start Facility in Broken Bow, Oklahoma was constructed to replace an existing facility that no longer met program needs. The 7,651 SF building features 3 Classrooms for the Head Start Program, offices for program administration and teacher support, full kitchen and dining room. The Dining Room was designed to function as the storm shelter for the Head Start facility, constructed with steel reinforced concrete roof deck and walls, with tornado missile resistant doors.
